We’re gathering to pause, cultivate an internal sense of balance, and make space to honor the turning point of the Fall Equinox within and around us.
What To Expect
A gentle slow flow yoga practice
Yin yoga for deep rest & integration
Guided self-reflection, meditation, & journaling
Group discussion and time for connecting over refreshments
What To Bring: yoga mat and blocks, bolster or pillow, blanket or towel, journal and pen, water (no glass bottles)
Registration: Space is limited. Preregistration is required.
