Join us for an afternoon of community, nature, and botanical wisdom!
Together we’ll explore holistic ways to support immune health during the colder months. Dr. Savannah will guide you through making a famous Naturopathic remedy called fire cider - a warming infusion of apple cider vinegar, honey, and herbs traditionally used to provide gentle immune support during cold and flu season.
What’s included
- Immune health talk ~ learn Naturopathic tips for cold & flu season and a holistic approach to building a resilient immune system 
- Herb walk on the farm ~ connect with the land and harvest seasonal herbs to use in your fire cider 
- Fire cider class ~ craft your own custom jar of this natural immune tonic to take home with you, guided step-by-step 
- Take-home resources ~ a printed fire cider recipe card, Dr. Savannah’s Immune Support Handout, and your homemade jar of fire cider 
A few more details
- Dress in layers, wear walking shoes - we’ll be out on the farm and under an open-air tent 
- All materials for fire cider will be provided (ingredients, jars, etc.) 
- Families are welcome! Feel free to bring your spouse or kids, purchase a single ticket, and make your jar of fire cider together.

      Winter Solstice Celebration
Press pause to join us as we embrace the Yin energy of Winter Solstice for nourishment of body, mind and soul. This is your invitation to step away from the noise and offer yourself supportive space for deep rest, space, comfort and connection.
This 3-hour workshop will include
- A restorative practice of Slow Flow and Yin Yoga 
- Guided breath work and meditation 
- Heart-centered reflection and intention-setting for the new year 
- Time for connection over snacks and drinks 
We recommend dressing like you would for a Yin class and bringing bolsters, blankets, a journal and pen. Further details will be emailed before the retreat.

Bring your favorite ladies for an evening of indulgence with some of our favorite health and wellness providers in the Kirkland area. We will also have local businesses that are focused on beauty, art, jewelry, and general pampering for the ladies in our community! This is a great way to meet other women and business owners as well as have a fun night out with friends. We will also be giving away fun raffle prizes that are free to enter.
