Iced matcha latte

A sweet yummy drink rich in the powerful antioxidants present in green tea to protect your brain, heart, gut, and support whole-body healing

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha power

  • 1 heaping tsp raw local honey (more or less, to taste)

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • 2 TBS or 10 grams collagen powder (optional)

  • 8-12 ounces milk of choice (I like organic unsweetened soy, but you choose your favorite)

  • If you want it extra creamy, add a big dollop of coconut milk, coconut oil, or cream

Using either a blender or a hand frother, combine all of your ingredients and mix well (using a blender will create the most creamy, delicious texture). Double or quadruple the recipe if you’re with family or friends. Enjoy! This will keep in the fridge for a few days—shake or stir to re-mix.
