this zesty, tasty, traditional immune tonic turns food into medicine and brings spice to your resilience routine

what is fire cider?

fire cider is an oxymiel, which is fancy botanical lingo for an infusion of honey and vinegar. it’s infused with…

  • onion and garlic

  • ginger and turmeric root

  • horseradish

  • lemon and orange

  • herbs like rosemary, thyme, sage

  • other herbs and spices, for flavor, spice, or medicinal properties

ingredients are combined, set in a cool place, shaken daily for 2-4 weeks, then strained.

why fire cider?

  • it’s delicious! sweet, spicy, and tangy all at once. can be taken as a shot, mixed with water, or used as a sauce, marinade, and salad dressing

  • each ingredient possesses powerful plant properties that support a health immune response, including antioxidant, antimicrobial, and digestive- & circulatory-stimulating actions.

  • gives us an opportunity to engage with our food as medicine and nature as an ally in our healing journey.

Dr. Savannah’s fire cider is made with the highest quality ingredients. she uses only raw, local Washington state honey, raw apple cider vinegar, and organic vegetables & herbs whenever possible. each batch is homemade, with love.
